Memorial of the New Moons (New Months)
These are Ordained Sabbath Days written on the Heavenly Tables! They are the 1st day of every New Month (New Moons) including the Seasonal months also known as the four intercalary (quarterly) months which starts a New Season. They are to be celebrated as they are a Feast of Memorial unto the Most HIGH AHHAYAH AHSHAR AHHAYAH (I AM THAT I AM).
Jubilees 6:23-32 – Vs. 23. And on the New Moon (1st day) of the first month, and on the New Moon (1st day) of the fourth month, and on the New Moon (1st day) of the seventh month, and on the New Moon (1st day) of the tenth month are the days of remembrance, and the days of the seasons in the four divisions (quarters) of the year. These are written and ordained as a testimony for ever. 24. And Noah ordained them for himself as Feasts for the generations for ever, so that they have become thereby a Memorial unto him. 25. And on the New Moon (1st day) of the first month (Spring Season) he was bidden to make for himself an ark (before the flood), and on that (day) the earth became dry and he opened (the ark) and saw the earth (after the flood). 26. And on the New Moon (1st day) of the fourth month (Summer Season) the mouths of the depths of the abyss beneath were closed. And on the New Moon (1st day) of the seventh month (Autumn Season) all the mouths of the abysses of the earth were opened, and the waters began to descend into them. 27. And on the New Moon (1st day) of the tenth month (Winter Season) the tops of the mountains were seen, and Noah was glad. 28. And on this account he ordained them for himself as Feasts for a Memorial for ever, and thus are they ordained. 29. And they placed them on the heavenly tables, each had thirteen weeks; from one to another (passed) their memorial, from the first to the second, and from the second to the third, and from the third to the fourth. 30. And all the days of the commandment will be two and fifty (52) weeks of days, and (these will make) the entire year complete. 31. Thus it is Engraven and Ordained on the Heavenly Tables. And there is no neglecting (this commandment) for a single year or from year to year. 32. And command thou the children of Israel that they observe the years according to this reckoning − three hundred and sixty-four (364) days, and (these) will constitute a complete year, and they will not disturb its time from its days and from its Feasts; for everything will fall out in them according to their Testimony, and they will not leave out any day nor disturb any Feasts.
Ecclesiasticus/Sirach (Apocrypha) 43:7-8 – Vs. 7. From the moon is the sign of Feasts, a light that decreaseth in her perfection. 8. The month is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing, being an instrument of the armies above, shining in the firmament of heaven;

**Strong’s Concordance #H3974 (Luminary) – Maahwar מָאוֹר - From H215; properly a luminous body or luminary, that is, (abstractly) light (as an element); figuratively brightness, that is, cheerfulness; specifically a chandelier: - bright, light.
**Strong’s Concordance #H3394 – (Moon) – Yarach יָרֵחַ - From the same as H3391; the moon: - moon.
**Strong’s Concordance #H2320 – (New Moon) – Chaadash חֹדֶשׁ - From H2318; the new moon; by implication a month: - month (-ly), new moon.
Numbers 10:10 – Also in the day of your gladness (Feasts), and in your Solemn Days (Appointed Feasts & Sabbaths), and in the beginnings of your Months (New Moons), ye shall blow with the trumpets over your Burnt Offerings, and over the sacrifices of your Peace Offerings; that they may be to you for a Memorial before your GOD: I am the LORD your GOD.

Numbers 28:11 – And in the beginnings (1st day) of your months (New Moons) ye shall offer a Burnt Offering unto the LORD; two young bullocks, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot;
Psalm 81:3-4 – Vs. 3. Blow up the trumpet in the New Moon (New Month), in the time appointed, on our Solemn Feast Day. 4. For this was a Statute for Israel, and a Law of the GOD of Jacob.
1st Samuel 20:5 – And David said unto Jonathan, Behold, to morrow is the New Moon (New Month), and I should not fail to sit with the king at meat (to dine/to feast): but let me go, that I may hide myself in the field unto the third day at even.
Isaiah 66:23 – And it shall come to pass, that from one New Moon (New Month) to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, saith the LORD.
Amos 8:4-6 – Vs. 4. Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail, 5. Saying, When will the New Moon (New Month) be gone, that we may sell corn? and the Sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit? 6. That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse (scraps/leftovers) of the wheat?
Ezekiel 45:17-18 – Vs. 17. And it shall be the prince's part to give Burnt Offerings, and Meat Offerings, and Drink Offerings, in the Feasts, and in the New Moons (New Months), and in the Sabbaths, in all Solemnities (Ceremonies) of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the Sin Offering, and the Meat Offering, and the Burnt Offering, and the Peace Offerings, to make Reconciliation for the house of Israel. 18.Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first month (Abib/Spring Season/New Year), in the first day of the month (New Moon), thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the Sanctuary:
1st Chronicles 23:31 – And to offer all Burnt Sacrifices unto the LORD in the Sabbaths, in the New Moons (New Months), and on the Set Feasts, by number, according to the order commanded unto them, continually before the LORD:
2nd Chronicles 8:13 – Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the Sabbaths, and on the New Moons (New Months), and on the Solemn Feasts (Set Feasts), three times in a year, even in the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and in the Feast of Weeks (Firstfruits), and in the Feast of Tabernacles (Ingathering).
Ezekiel 46:3 – Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before the LORD in the Sabbaths and in the New Moons (New Months).
Ezekiel 20:19-20 – Vs. 19. I am the LORD your God; walk in My Statutes, and keep My Judgments, and do them; 20. And Hallow My Sabbaths; and they shall be a Sign between Me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God!!!
